Processing line for flavoured milk

Fresh milk is received, clarified, and standardized to the required fat and solids content. The milk is then preheated and homogenized to ensure stable fat dispersion and smooth mouthfeel. Pasteurization or UHT treatment is applied to guarantee microbiological safety and extended shelf life.

Following heat treatment, the milk is transferred to the flavour formulation and blending section, where sugar syrup, flavour concentrates, stabilizers, vitamins, minerals, and functional ingredients are dosed with high accuracy using automated systems. Advanced high-shear mixers ensure uniform dispersion and product stability.

The formulated milk is then cooled, deaerated if required, and passed through final filtration before hygienic filling and sealing in bottles, cartons, or pouches. Finished products are rapidly cooled and stored under controlled conditions prior to distribution.
